Here the things you need to do if you are assigned to work on order on hold for No Florist Serves the Area:
Always check the order notes.>
a. Check the reject reasons from the shop/s contacted.
Open EZ32 to check if there are still possible shops to deliver the order
If there are still shop/s available, try to call the shop and ask if they can still deliver the order.
b. If the reject reasons are Shop Closed on Requested Date and Reached Holiday Capacity (for Holiday orders) - Ask the florist if what will be the available delivery date they can possbily deliver or try to suggest an alternative delivery date. You can use one of the two provided script below.
Spiel 1: Hi! This is (Name of Agent) from TFHQ. I'm calling back about the order going to (Address of Recipient). I'd like to ask when will be your next available delivery date to deliver this order?
Spiel 2: Hi! This is (Name of Agent) from TFHQ. I'm calling back about the order going to (Address of Recipient). I'd like to ask if you can deliver the order on (State the alternate delivery date)?
