delivery address, delivery date or add a special instruction and etc.
Customer: "I wanted to change the card message. Is it possible?"
Agent's Response: "It is my pleasure assisting you today. May I have the updated
information so that I can process here?"
Get the updated card message from the customer then process the changes. Go to
specific tab where you need to process the changes
