As last resort, whenever you have to give an order to a non-member shop, the
information on
each tab must be given just like you would with a member shop over the phone.
We should always attempt to place the order with our member florists first.
Non-members should
be our last resort.
Read the provided script. Make sure to mention:
"Direct order for your shop. Do you take Mastercard or Visa" and "We pay 80% of
this total"
(florist can accept the order but)
Objection: "Why only 80%? We want full amount for this order."
Rebuttal: "The 20% covers advertising/service expenses and you’ll potentially get
a new local customer out of the recipient you fill it with."
